I have used Bach's Vervain for approximately one year. Drops placed under my tongue have helped calm me in stressful situations . I've also found that when I place a couple of drops in my bottle of water and sip the water over the course of several hours, I feel less stress the entire day. A couple of drops in my dog's waterdish has substantially reduced his tremors. I have told several friends about this product and now they use it also. I'm so pleased to see that MotherNature.com carries it--I'll be a long-term customer now.
