Buffered Vitamin C…1500mg, Calcium…100mg, Magnesium…50mg. Crystalline pure nutrients.

The minerals are in carbonated forms, which bring about a buffering action. The vitamin C is derived from Sago Palm. The mineral carbonates are naturally occurring minerals from soil. Vitamin C, along with Calcium and Magnesium Carbonate, from Calcium and Magnesium Ascorbate Chelates in solution in the stomach. Well tolerated by the most highly allergic individuals.
Recommend:
Take two capsules between meals (with water) as needed or as directed by a physician.
