Amyl nitrosum 6x HPUS, sanguinaria can. 3x HPUS, lachesis muta 12x HPUS, cimicifuga racemosa 10mg rhizome (as 40 mg cimipure standardized to provide 4 mg triterpene glycosides daily), calcium citrate USP, 953 mg (to provide 800 mg calcium per day), excipients 5% (cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate with a cellulose coating).
