I have long, dark, wavy hair and over the years, I've tried a lot of different brands of shampoo. Every other shampoo I've ever tried either cleans too harshly, stripping my hair and leaving it dry and frizzy or builds up over time making my hair limp. I've used this shampoo for years now and my only complaint is that it can be hard to find - none of my local stores carry it. After all this time, I still love it. If you have long hair like I do, you'll still need a good conditioner, but this shampoo will help keep your hair shiny and healthy (strong and no split ends).

This is one shampoo that really does what it claims. I am a natural blonde who is very lucky to normally have shiny hair, but whose hair had begun to lose its color and shine while I was temporily living with my mother. The town's water is filled with minerals and is very hard. I had tried everything then I found this shampoo. The first time I used it, the natural shine and natural color I've always had returned. It also has more body. My hair is in great shape now--I've since moved, but continue to use this shampoo. The color looks real and natural, because it is! This will not "bleach" or "color" your hair.
