My hot flashes have stopped completely. I would recommend this product to any one. To me it is amazing. It took a few weeks for it to take effect and the change was gradual. First the hot flashes decreased in number, then they decreased in intensity, and finally, they just stopped. There were no side effects that I noticed. Pill is easy to take, but rather large. It is taken at bedtime so is easy to remember. I am very happy with this product and I am so grateful to the friend who recommended it to me!
