Description:
Alfalfa seeds are among the easiest to grow and make the most versatile, nutritious sprouts. Their pleasant, light taste is appreciated in salads and sandwiches. Use two tablespoons of seeds in a quart jar. After soaking five to eight hours, rinse them two to three times per day. In four to six days, they will be 1 1/2 inches long and ready to use. Kosher.
