If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you ordered you may return it for a refund if you notify us within 30 days of receipt. Please allow 7-10 days after we receive the item back for processing of the return and refund. We will provide a full refund, including return shipping cost, if the return is because the product received is defective, isn't as described, or because it was damaged in shipping; otherwise, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
How to Request a Return?
Please contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com or by calling (848) 628-4768. We are available Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM EST. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the products.
When you prepare your items for return, please include your RMA number and Order number in the package, as well as an explanation for the return.
